Thank you very much for the Pilot Workshop on “Tomorrow is Uncertain” – How to deal with uncertainty. conducted by you on 23rd March, 2022 for the Workmen at CEAT Bhandup Plant.
The discussion topics which were conducted were definitely inspiring & motivating. The infographics that you had created (both in English & Hindi) made it very easy to understand the concept to the participants.
Only need to mention, since we had already conducted a couple of training sessions & workshops based on Behavioral Attitude & Positive Mindset for our Workmen earlier, the participants were looking forward to learn a step ahead of it. Although, it was a refreshing & motivational experience to each of them.
What I personally liked about your Workshop was……. the Simplicity, your style of conducting it and making everybody involved in it was commendable.
